1/2 head cabbage shredded
2 green onions thinly sliced
2 tbsps sunflower seeds toasted
1/2 cup almonds sliced
1 pkg Ramen noodles lightly toasted broken up
DRESSING:
1 tablespoon sugar
3 tbsps vinegar
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup salad oil
seasoning package from Raman noodles
Combine dressing ingredients and set aside. Combine cabbage, onions seeds & almonds and toss with dressing. Just before serving add toasted noodles to salad.
